Then Rhodes started complaining about not getting enough reps. He’s more worried about his own production instead of how well the team is doing. Towards the end of the year (after Fargas got injured) he redeemed himself by running very well against the Chargers and Jaguars (two playoff teams). He makes his complaining even less relevant by saving the Raiders $1.25 mill by restructuring. But he’s still inconsistent and really not a featured back. Fargas will never survive without help, and Michael Bush’s health is still in great doubt.
