He fires a head coach (which he hired) that has ressurected this Raiders team, and has put them on the winning track. I don't know if you people remember the Norv Turner-Art Shell era? Oakland was a friggen zoo. Kiffin straightened out alot of the players, and has them all playing to win. But of course, Al Davis had to fire him. Bad move Al.
