Just one question though.  With a record of 17-20 how the heck did JC get the franchise tag?

Isn&#039;t that usually earned by winning more games than you lose?  How about a few playoff wins.

Potential?  Sure, perhaps, maybe.  That&#039;s just a speculation at this point.

I don&#039;t know their cap situation, but they&#039;ve done some spending this off-season, so maybe that&#039;s a factor. Also, my guess is that Denver would want to move him out of the AFC. Who knows? This whole situation is a real head scratcher.</description>
