Tom Cable continues his workmanlike rebuilding of the Raiders by starting from the ground up. The reconstruction of the Oakland foundation shifted from the offensive line to the defensive side of the ball with a signing and yet another re-signing. Since I welcomed Kansas City Chief QB Matt Cassel into the Wild AFC West, it is only right that I roll out the same welcome mat for the newest Bronco, Kyle Orton.
