<description>I am a die hard Raider fan and I am confused as to why more people keep thinking the Raiders need to keep throwing the ball deep. I admit, the development of QB JaMarcus Russell is a key to our success but untill he proves that he is both mature enough and dedicated enough to be the unquestioned leader of this team I firmy believe that the Raiders need to focus on the ground attack with Darren McFadden, Michael Bush, and Justin Fargas much in the same way the NY Giants utilized Earth, Wind, and Fire with Brandon Jacobs, Derrick Ward, and Ahmad Bradshaw so successfully for several years. All three of the Raiders backs bring something different and unique to the table and all three are capable of rushing for 100 yds. As Shellcroft explains Neal will benefit all of them and until Russell steps up Cable would be wise to follow this philosiphy.
