This young team is going to make some noise for years to come. were there some mistakes along the way, sure. But every year new fast young talented players have been being added to the team. The coaching staff in place is first rate and if Russell and the passing game can come together this year the Raiders can make some noise. Giving Al critisium for the picks is one thing but making a mockery of this young man in front of his family, and friends is too much. Carter saying he's a bust and Suzy Kolber laughing with Tom Jackson was totally unprofessonal.I'm done buying Kipers draft guide and the only game on ESPN I will watch is opening night Raiders against the bolts.I don't need them. But like Don Corleone in the Godfather, what we do want is their unconditional respect! When we get off the Bus in another team's city, or when they arrive at the Oakland Alameda County Colesium, we want them filled with doubt, fear and heavy remorse!
