Citing a lack of evidence and inconsistencies in the story told by accuser Randy Hanson, the Napa District Attorney has decided not to pursue a case against Tom Cable. Now, the non-distracted Raiders can get back to their business at hand. The announcement made on Thursday afternoon brings the two month media saga to a close. While Cable is free from the long arm of the law, he’s not yet out of the reach of Roger Goodell.
