Just ask Darelle Revis who wanted Nnamdi money and couldn't get it even with a huge contract holdout. Al does things his way and the rest of the league just ignores him and goes about their business. I'm not an Al hater. I respect everything he's done for the game and its safe to say I wouldn't be a Raider fan without him. My problem is that his ego gets in the way of his franchise. Take Cable for example. nobody ever thought Cable was Madden but Davis had plenty of chances to get rid of him but choose to stick it out. Finally the Raiders improve and Davis waits until then to make a change. Had he fired him...I don't know...after breaking Randy Hanson's jaw or seeing another 5 win season, it would have been understood. But to do so after the team has success shows it is all about Al. I can't get behind that. X,
