One of which was Todd Watkins. Not hating on J-Russ' workouts but they didn't have all of the key receivers he needed to develop any chemistry with. But I agree he didn't have the tools in place a young QB needs. The Raiders did him no favors but forcing him into action when he wasn't ready but he didn't help either by being uninvolved. Just a bad situation all the way around. Still, you can't tell me if here were on the roster during this lockout that he'd be organizing workouts on his own. I highly doubt he'd have any interest in working for free. Big Raid,

I think what will make the biggest difference is the coaching. Russell had no line, No receivers, No running game. Russell never stood a chance with the demons he was already fighting..
