How many failed QB draft picks have the Raiders had over the years, check that, decades? Even with an excellent coach like Gruden who hand picked Gannon as a FA pick up for us, couldn't develop a young QB. Campbell is the starter, but not the long term answer in Oakland. Hopefully, Hue Jackson with a good track record with previous QBs can bring some success to a home grown QB for a change.
