Why do people brawl at heavy metal concerts but not Carrie Underwood concerts ?; because heavy metal has a “badass” mystique. Same with the Raiders.

The Raiders need to take a stand, announce to the world that they have ZERO TOLERANCE for violence at games. They need to make anti-gang public service announcements. They need to change the culture because the way it is now, the organization is to a large extent at fault by not being more proactive.

There’s a special place in my heart for the Niners-Raiders preseason game; I’ve been about 20 times over the years. I was there Sat night and it was pretty ugly.

On a side note, I was suprised by the large number of 49er gangbangers. They were looking to protect their crib, and there were enough silver and black hooligans who were happy to mix it up with them. The vibe was bad.

I wouldnt blame the 49ers for cancelling this great Bay Area tradition.

Bottom line: Al Davis needs to change the culture NOW
