Donkey Abuse! Don't call PITA!

YES! Pre-season is over. No more 2nd string vs. 3rd string. All games count from here on out! No game more important then this weeks when we face off against our division foes the Denver Donkeys. I think it’s very important we start off this campaign with a “W” for our new head coach, Hue Jackson. This pre-season has been abysmal for the Nation and Hue is looking for his first win as a head coach.

Hopefully all the nicks and bruises are healed up and we will be at full strength. I need to see me some DMC and Jacoby Ford ripping up a weak old Denver D! I feel like I’ve been in a football coma for ten years!!! It’s football time!!!

The Broncos are once again lead by Kyle Orton and Brandon Lloyd. Two of maybe the biggest fantasy football surprises of 2010. If ANY of you picked Lloyd in your fantasy draft last year, you are some kind of spawn from Miss Cleo’s loins! That dude was so far off the fantasy radar!

I think our defense will shut down their run game for the most part. I am definitely worried about their pass game against out pick-a-part defense. A player on the donkeys to watch out for is Demaryius Thomas. If healthy, this guy is a threat to go all the way on every touch and a fantasy sleeper in larger leagues if healthy.

It would be a good idea as a Raider fan to not watch ESPN all week. Some of the NFL Live punks are ex-donkeys and love to bash the silver and black. (Aka Tom “Don’t call me Tito” Jackson and Mark “King Douche” Schlereth.) These two punks love to pucker up to the derrieres of the donkeys at every opportunity! (On a side note, Linda Cohn did not start for the Broncos, however was on the practice squad in 1988.) The bad news in all of this is that the game is on ESPN at 7:15 pm.

I’m ready for some “real” football. I ready to start the 2011 campaign off right. It’s prime time for the NFL and it’s definitely prime time for the silver and black!
