Raider Nation Keeps Sellout Streak Alive

For the first time in five years the Oakland Raiders have sold out five straight home dates. Yesterday the team announced Sunday’s battle with the Broncos will be played in front of another packed house. Those that couldn’t get tickets will be treated to the game via their television sets at home as yet another blackout was avoided.

Raider Nation has always been faithful. In recent years it was becoming increasingly difficult to justify spending big bucks on a subpar product. Hue Jackson understands that and views the current trend as a testament to the fans’ belief in their team.

“It means that these fans are truly believing in what we’re doing. I just thank the city, I thank the organization, I thank everybody for continuing to support this team.”

Raider Nation thanks Coach Jackson for helping to resurrect the Raider Way.

While Coach Jackson’s words are welcomed, there is only one true way to thank Raider Nation on Sunday.

Just win, baby!
