Hue alienated this team when Al Davis passed away, I think most people missed that crucial episode. He emphatically stated the he had absolute control, that he was in totally in charge of making all decisions. I honestly think that the way he forced Carson Palmer and TJ on this team, created a lot of resentment and it manifested itself in their lack of desire to give their all for this Coach. His boasting and arrogance was an insult to this team, and they respond in kind ..........by losing , not intentionally but by lack of desire and lack of intensity or motivation because of his display of arrogance.

Im thinkin Hue overstepped his boundaries by saying, I think the organization (the raiders) should consult me when it comes to hiring a GM, because I think I know what this team needs. That was it for me. Hue also said in so many words that he had been lying to the press in regards the players and there abilities. I also think that Hue inherited a very good 8 - 8 team that Tom Cable had alot to do with.
