He emphatically stated the he had absolute control, that he was in totally in charge of making all decisions. I honestly think that the way he forced Carson Palmer and TJ on this team, created a lot of resentment and it manifested itself in their lack of desire to give their all for this Coach. His boasting and arrogance was an insult to this team, and they respond in kind ..........by losing , not intentionally but by lack of desire and lack of intensity or motivation because of his display of arrogance.
