It would behove the Raider organization to give him his due diligence. We all know that experience is not gain through osmosis, but actually playing the game itself. Yes there is a learning curve, that is to be expected. The key is fairness, in grading his performance, growth and ability. I honestly think that once the opportunity present itself he will not only measure up, but he will become the starter.
