Raiders Open Practices To Fans

Just last week JBB praised Reggie McKenzie for his efforts to tear down the wall that has separated the Oakland Raiders from the rest of the football world. Today another chunk of bricks starts tumbling down.

The Raiders will open three practice sessions to be viewed by the fans starting August 3rd. The catch is that you need a ticket. The beauty of the program is that the tickets are free. All you’ve got to do, starting today, is make your way to a Raider Image store and get your two free tickets while they last.

If you’re fortunate enough to get your hands on the freebees then you’ll be set to hit Napa where you’ll get a sneak peak at the 2012 edition of the Silver and Black.

Yet another shrewd move by the new Raider regime to connect with the NFL’s most loyal fan base. McKenzie and his brain trust are off to a great start. All that remains now is for Dennis Allen to take it to the field and give Raider Nation what we really want – a playoff game in Oakland!
