Darren McFadden Should Return To Action Thursday

No matter how ineffective he might be in Greg Knapp’s offense Darren McFadden is a valuable weapon. Without McFadden the Raiders have gone on a 5 game losing streak that has Mark Davis hot under the collar and Dennis Allen on the hot seat. Not that this team was contending for a Super Bowl before Run DMC got hurt but the fallout since has been more unwatchable than a Margaret Cho striptease.

Well, if the McFadden factor is real then Thursday will provide the best test yet.

Just in time for the Raiders to renew their rivalry with the Denver Broncos McFadden is expected to return to action. Of course the last time these two tangled Oakland was owned by the Donkeys and that was with a healthy McFadden. So nothing guarantees a different result.

None the less it’s nice to know you’ve got a potential game breaker back in the lineup. All that remains now is for Knapp to again try and figure out how to get a game broken by McFadden.

Why does it matter, the Raiders are done!!! Why would you even want to watch that crap? Look at the stands, it is going to get worse. Do you think people will line up next year to purchase those tixs with the cost to go and watch a team that absolutely sucks? Until the Raiders make big strides in improving this team, the fans are going to start staying away again. I was surprised to see as many fans as they had in the stands. They do not realize the season is over? I have been a life long Raiders fan and I really thought they were making strides with Hue Jackson, now, I do not think they are even close. It is brutal to watch.
