BREAKING NEWS: Arrest Warrant Executed On Aaron Hernandez, Dogs Search Home

Last night Fox 25 Boston revealed that Patriots star tight end Aaron Hernandez had in fact been issued an arrest warrant in the investigation of the murder of Odin Lloyd at least for the obstruction of justice he committed when he destroyed home surveillance tapes and his cell phone before handing them to police earlier this week.

Boston news outlets were referring to that warrant as a “paper” warrant, one that in legal terms is used to squeeze out the defense attorney and projected that the police would not execute anything, but that typically warrants are not held up over the weekend leaving the potential of something to go down on Saturday or Sunday if the investigators wanted to make a move.

Well on Saturday afternoon, traffic was blocked off entering and leaving Hernandez’ home and K-9’s were sent through his house. Setting off what is sure to be another day filled with happenings in what is a tragic case of a murder of a young semi-pro football player from Boston.

Kevin Armstrong on twitter confirmed the blockade of Hernandez’ home by state police, tweeting a photo of the events which have sparked yet another storm of reports out of New England.

This situation is not going to go away this weekend, now that the police have decided to further execute their power over Hernandez with the obstruction of justice warrant one has to assume that he is the lead suspect in this case at the very moment and with the sheer amount of media outside of his home it is easy to see why the investigators are moving so quickly to get this case moving in as fast of a fashion as possible to curb the media circus outside of the home.
