2013 Raiders Training Camp: Tuesday Morning Injury Report

It is Tuesday morning and practice is officially underway in Napa as the Raiders put on the pads for the third straight day for a contact practice as the Training Camp routine continues to pick up the pace.

With practice currently underway, here is your list of Raiders who are not participating in Tuesday’s practice.

  • Latavius Murray
  • Jacoby Ford
  • Menelik Watson
  • Pat Sims
  • Miles Burris

Ford is still out with an undisclosed injury while the most concerning absence continues to be Watson as the Raiders were hoping that he would challenge for the starting right tackle position during preseason. Dennis Allen has been forced to wait on Watson as he remains without an NFL practice under his belt nearing the one week mark of Training Camp.

D.J. Hayden is still wearing the red “No Contact” jersey on Tuesday morning. I will take a guess and say the closer we get to Oakland’s first preseason game with Dallas the more information Dennis Allen will give us on Hayden’s status. For now we know he will play in the preseason, which means that at some point that jersey is going in the trash, we just don’t know when.

Murray appeared fine on Monday and it has been reported by beat writers that when talking to Murray after yesterday’s practice there were no signs of any injuries shown by the Raiders young running back.
