The good vibes and impressive game film from the Oakland Raiders stunning near-win Sunday has the football world warming back up to the Silver and Black this week. Terrelle Pryor’s highlights from Sunday against the Colts at least has the people at ProFootballTalk boosting Raiders stocks on Tuesday as they vaulted them from the dubious No. 32 hole in the preseason rankings to 26th after Week One.

Oakland lost 21-17 on Sunday, but the Raiders led in the fourth quarter and at the end of the day could have won the game, something that put the team even ahead of the 1-0 New York Jets.

Other teams below the Raiders included Carolina (27), Pittsburgh (29), Tampa Bay (30), Cleveland (31), and Jacksonville.

AFC West teams rankings saw the Broncos deservedly at the top spot after their Opening Night beatdown on the defending champion Baltimore Ravens. Kansas City looked good on Sunday, but the fact they played against the Jaguars slotted them at 19 while the San Diego Chargers were placed two spots ahead of the Raiders at 24 after their Monday Night Football collapse to the Houston Texans.
