NFL Week 10 Betting Preview

Each Sunday Just Blog Baby Editor and avid gambler Chase Ruttig gives his picks against the spread for every NFL game. Here are his Week 10 selections.

Lines from Bet365. Home team in CAPS

Jags (+12.5) over TITANS

I like Tennessee, I just don’t “twelve and a half points” like them. Jaguars lose on the road but continue to keep things respectfully close.

Eagles (+1) over PACKERS

No Rodgers, no juice. As someone who watched the Eagles cut apart the Raiders secondary last Sunday, I have faith the Foles and co. will be able to find enough points to beat the Packers. Provided they can stop Eddie Lacy who was a beast for the Pack on Monday Night Football in their loss to the Bears. For now the Packers are just too banged up to beat the Eagles who have enough offensive weapons to get the job done.

STEELERS (-3) over Bills

I wouldn’t put the rent on this one given the turmoil surrounding Big Ben, Mike Tomlin and the Steelers, but the Bills are bad enough away from Ralph Wilson that the Steelers should get a win today.

Raiders (+7) over GIANTS

It could be a long day at the office for Oakland going up against Eli Manning and the Giants in a must win situation for New York. Still I am not going to lay a touchdown with a 2-6 team, even with the Raiders long East Coast losing streak.

Rams (+7.5) over COLTS

Like last week, the pass rush will give Andrew Luck fits as he misses his slot receiver in Reggie Wayne. The Colts pull it out, but the Rams stay within a score.

FALCONS (+4) over Seahawks

Seattle has been playing bad and getting lucky for two weeks now, they could turn it around, but if they don’t this Falcons team will be far more prepared to close the deal than the Rams and Bucs. I like the Falcons keeping it within four.

Bengals (+1) over RAVENS

Cincy bounces back and pounces on the Ravens, who are coming off a loss to the Browns and Jason Campbell.

BEARS (-1) over Lions

Yes, I know this is a trap game and that Jay Cutler might not be 100% right now, but the Bears are at home and should be able to slow down the Lions weapons just enough to scratch together a second massive November division win in a row.

Panthers (+6) over NINERS

Call me crazy, but I like the underrated Panthers shocking the Niners on the road today.

Texans (+3) over CARDS

Broncos (-7) over CHARGERS

SAINTS (-6) over Cowboys

Enjoy the games everyone.
