#4 Cleveland Browns: Sammy Watkins, WR Clem

Rory’s Take: With Lombardi out as Browns GM my entire thought on what they would do go out the window. I am not too familiar with Ray Farmer, but I would assume the approach of best player available is always helpful. The pairing of Gordon and Watkins could be insanely productive and would be an asset for a team that may lack a stud quarterback.

Chase’s Take: This boils down to what the Browns think about the depth of certain positions in the first round as they have been afforded two first round selections thanks to the steal of a trade with the Trent Richardson deal. If they believe they can get a better player at another position later in the draft they will pick Watkins who is the top offensive prospect that isn’t a quarterback in this class.
