 #1 Shaun Phillips

Age: 33 (When season starts)

2013 Stats: 16 games, 35 tackles, 10 sacks,  1 INT

A good fit if…. Raiders decide to use more 3-4 looks…

After never living up to expectations in San Diego, Shaun Phillips flourished in Denver. Shaun helped the Broncos pass rush, especially after Von Miller was lost for the season. At 33 it doesn’t appear Phillips will ever live up to his draft status, but proved he could still rush the passer with 10 sacks. Denver would love to bring Phillips back, but at what price? Phillips could demand a nice pay raise, even for a 33 year old. The Raiders could use all the pass rushers they can find.

Rating: 7.0

Chance he signs with Oakland: 20%
