5. Donald Brown

Age: 26

2013 Stats: 102 atts, 537 yds, 6 TDs. 27 recs, 214 yds, 2 TDs (16 games)

Career Stats: 551 atts, 2,377 yds, 17 TDs. 83 recs, 767, 2TDs.

Donald Brown was a first round pick of the Indianapolis Colts in 2009 but it is fair to say he has failed to live up to expectations. However last year he outplayed Trent Richardson, who the Colts traded for, and finally began to show why he was chosen so high in the draft. He is a versatile back who is equally adept at catching the ball as he is picking up a blitz. He could be available for relatively cheap as he did not put up huge numbers for the Colts but his rushing average of 5.3 yards per carry last year was impressive. Brown is not the physical back the Raiders need but he could be an intriguing change of pace and third down back.
