Breaking News: Oakland Raiders sign Justin Tuck to two year, $11 million deal

After Wednesday night’s Rodger Saffold debacle where the Raiders Day One offensive line signing failed a physical only to resign with the Rams minutes later it was expected that Reggie McKenzie would sign at least one of three pass rushers who visited Oakland on Wednesday and remained in the Bay Area throughout tonight.

Reggie McKenzie delivered on perhaps the most accomplished and talented of the trio of free agents he negotiated with over the past two days as former New York Giant (and Super Bowl champ) Justin Tuck signed a two year, $11 million dollar deal with the Silver and Black per Adam Schefter.

While Tuck is an aging vet his signing instantly boosts the Raiders pass rush as he gives them a double digit pass rusher from 2013 who has a winning presence. At a lesser pricetag than Lamarr Houston the Raiders will be giving up youth, but found more than suitable replacement in Tuck who will hope to prove the Giants wrong for not matching their offer with another big season away from the Big Apple and inside of the Black Hole.

Oakland is also negotiating with LaMarr Woodley and Justin Hatcher this afternoon as the pair have yet to be confirmed as leaving the Bay Area. Stay posted to Just Blog Baby for more updates.
