How can the Oakland Raiders staff keep their jobs?

For the past two years, The Raiders have had a 4-12 record, no solid quarterback, few talented players, and salary cap issues. This season, there are no more excuses. The Raiders have finally gotten rid of their salary cap woes, releasing dead money to get more seasoned, talented players. This 2014 roster looks good on paper. To top things of Coach Dennis Allen was given all the staff he wanted. Coach Allen and maybe even General Manager Reggie McKenzie are on the hot seat this season, and if that record doesn’t change, their positions sure will.

Here’s what needs to happen this season if these Raiders staff want to keep their jobs.
