We can forget about Oakland Raiders interim head coach Tony Sparano making a miracle to turn the 2014 season around. They will likely make the first pick in the 2015 NFL Draft so they might as well start playing for next year right now. Sparano has done very little differently since taking over as he seems to have mostly stayed with the same game-plan and starters.

But now that he knows that the plan and players at certain positions didn’t work for the first nine games, he should make changes. It’s time to see what some of the younger players can do so the Raiders will know what they have for next year. A 7-game stretch is a good sample size to see who or what the Raiders should do in the draft for in May.
