The Oakland Raiders kickoff their final preseason game at 7:00 p.m. PST versus the Seattle Seahawks.

Don’t expect the starters to play much, as they never do in the fourth preseason game. Plus, Oakland and the rest of the NFL must cut down their roster from 75 to 53 by Sept. 3 at 6 p.m.
