It’s game day nation. The Raiders and Broncos are preparing to square off in primetime so that means we’ve only got a few precious hours to get you ready for the game.

Luckily FanSided boasts the most comprehensive coverage of the rival Broncos to be found on the net. Kim Constantinesco’s work over at Predominantly Orange makes her an expert on all things Denver and she’s always a sport when it comes to playing along with our unique line of questioning.

So sit back, relax and let JBB get you ready for the game with our patented 5 quirky questions.

Q: From Tim Tebow Magic to Peyton Manning Brilliance, it’s like that rare instance when the sequel is better than the original. If the Tebow to Peyton era were a film franchise which would it be and why?

A: Superman comes to mind here. Tebow came in and saved the Broncos’ last season, but unfortunately New England and passing were his kryptonite. It was a good show with plenty of thrilling scenes and reasons to clap, but the ending never really hit home. SuperMan II was the better version which brings us to Manning. With more experience and quarterback talent, this “character change” has saved the Broncos again. We’re in the middle of this movie, so you can ask me about the ending later.

Q: If John Fox took Dennis Allen out for drinks at a local dive bar what would the conversation be?

A: Who would win in a caged wrestling match? The coaches of the AFC West or the coaches of the NFC South?

Q: Von Miller sacks or Darren McFadden’s yards-per-carry: Which will be greater on Thursday?

A: McFadden’s yards per carry by .2, but Miller will have three more sacks than the Raiders’ entire defense this year when the night is over.

Q: By 2014 which will be greater: Number of John Elway sold cars on the road or Peyton Manning pizzas being delivered on any given day in Denver?

A: Except a partnership between Papa John’s pizza delivery drivers and the John Elway dealership. Team work makes the dream work.

And finally the most important question of all…

Q: Denver Defense/Special Teams: Start or Sit?

A: Start them. The Broncos held the Raiders to zero second half points and just two field goals in week 4. They’ve gelled even more since.

You know what time it is, Nation. Our Silver is polished and our Black is pitch (not exactly sure what I meant by that). Basically I’m saying its game day. But you knew that already.

What you might not know is what Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ head coach Greg Schinao would discuss if he had a radio show. Or what kind of a music career Vincent Jackson would have if he went R&B instead of pro ball.

To get answers to these pressing questions we reached out to Josh Hill the editor of The Pewter Plank. Put it this way, if the Bucs are your crack then my man Josh is Nino Brown and Pewter Plank is like that massive trap house from New Jack City. So sit back, relax and get ready for another exciting Sunday of Raiders football.

Q: If Greg Schiano were a radio talk show host what would his show be called and what would some of the topics be?

A: Taking a Knee with Greg Schiano. In this inspirational and upbeat show, Greg Schiano gives you kind life lessons while teaching you how to better yourself. Join him as he discusses how to make the perfect cupcake, grow the most delicious garden and how to create the perfect decorations for the holidays from materials you already own. You know, because he’s such a nice guy and in no way intimidating.

Q: Who will have more combined yards Sunday: Josh Freeman & Doug Martin or Carson Palmer & Darren McFadden?

A: I’m leaning towards somebody in the stands streaking and getting more yards than all four. But in all seriousness, both of these defenses are pretty shoddy at best which means we could see a shootout, but we’ll likely see a lot of dropped balls with the occasional spectacular catch or drive. It’s not going to be pretty but I’m edging towards it being pretty much even when it comes to total yards between the four.

Q: Better color: Orange Creamsicle or Pewter?

A: I, nor has anyone, really had an issue with the creamsicle theme. The only thing about those throwbacks is the homoerotic pirate winking at you, because nothing says we’re coming for you more than a gay pirate. That being said, the Pewter is kind of a bland color that only matches with a few colors, luckily ones the Bucs picked out. It’s s tough call, as I love the old orange but the new set of colors (are they still new per say?) have really stuck with me. I’m sure if you tune into Greg Schiano’s radio show he’ll discuss this topic and tell you what colors perfectly accent one another.

Q: If Mike Williams and Vincent Jackson were a 90′s R&B group what would their name be and what would be the title of their hit single?

A: Balls Deep, and I imagine they’d dress just like Justin Timberlake and Andy Samberg did for all those SNL videos. And they wouldn’t have just one hit single, they’d be hitting it again, and again and again. The way it would work is Jackson is the mega star, the one all the ladies want but Williams is the one with the talent and when the band breaks up, he goes on to have the hit solo career. But while they were together they were changing the face of music and raking in awards.

And finally the most important question of all…

Q: Mike Williams: Start or Sit?

A: Start. Everyone’s still focused on Vincent Jackson, and historically this season when that’s happened Williams has scored. He’s a deep threat and he’s needed another guy to take coverage off him and when the Bucs got Jackson, I knew this would all happen. Eventually defenses will shift and focus on Williams, but then that means Jackson’s unaccounted for. That hasn’t happened yet and the Raiders are going to struggle a bit with Williams much to the benefit of those who own Williams.

You know what time it is, Nation. Our Raiders are in the ATL and JBB wants to get you prepped in the only way we know how – by harassing a blogger for the Falcons with our patented 5 quirky questions.

Greg Huseth is the senior editor of Blogging Dirty and if you stop by there often enough then you know that’s exactly what he and his staff do. But how will he handle the pressure of our Out Of Bounds blitz? For that answer keep your eyes moving towards the (Dirty) South.

Q: If Matt Ryan hosted SNL what would be the premise of one of the sketches he performs in?

A: I think the sketch would probably have to do with saying the most politically correct thing possible to the media. In Atlanta both Ryan and head coach Mike Smith are well known for always saying the right thing, not giving other teams bulletin board material, that sort of thing. It might be something that isn’t well known around the league, but that would be a huge, great, terrific joke that Atlanta fans would get.

Q: Roddy White receiving yards or Darren McFadden rushing yards: Which will be greater on Sunday?

A: The Falcons spread the ball around a lot when throwing the ball. I would expect White to get a solid amount of yards, but since the Raiders are expecting to re-commit to the run, I think McFadden will get more total yards than White will.

Q: Mike Smith or the Curse of Tony Gonzalez: Which is more responsible for Atlanta’s early playoff exits?

A: Is either possible? Tony Gonzalez came to the Falcons in 2009, a season after Atlanta’s first playoff appearance under the Smith/Ryan era. So it’s not him. Is it Smith, the head coach who has helped lead this team to 4 consecutive winning seasons, something unprecedented in Falcons history? Maybe. I guess it’s as much his responsibility as anyone else. I think the past offensive and defensive coordinator are most responsible, but they aren’t options in this question.

Q: If Julio Jones and Jacquizz Rodgers were a musical act what would their group be called and what would be their hit single?

A: That’s an easy one. J-man Crew. Their hit single would be ‘Tear da Turf Up’. For those of you familiar with Three 6 Mafia’s ‘Tear da Club Up’, you’ll understand.

And finally the most important question of all…

Q: Atlanta defense/special teams: Start or Sit?

A: That’s a tough one. Fantasy football defenses are all about sacks and interceptions/fumbles and if you return those for a touchdown, that’s fantasy gold. I could see the Falcons getting a couple sacks and maybe a turnover or two. I guess it really depends, because fantasy defenses are a complete crapshoot. Go with your gut. I don’t want to be responsible for messing up your fantasy season.
