Taking Goethel’s place on the roster is linebacker Omar Gaither whom the Raiders signed today.

Gaither is a former 5th round pick out of Tennessee. He was taken 168th overall by the Philadelphia Eagles back in ’06.

During his career Gaither has started 40 games and most recently was a member of the practice squad in Houston.
