The usual suspects round out the top 10 with the Chargers in customary position to be another Vegas windfall. However you’ll have scroll all the way down past the likes of the Texans, Lions, Seahawks, Titans and Cardinals to find the Raiders.

Again, these rankings mean nothing. Just look at the Vikings whom you’ll find two spots below the Raiders as proof of that. Before the start of last season Minnesota was a Super Bowl contender. One Favre too far and they’re propping up the power rankings.
