Chase’s Take: Antonio Richardson will be a victim of the Volunteers continued decline, but he is a guy with first round talent and should make Matt Ryan extremely happy as the Falcons try to forget this terrible 2013 and refocus on getting back to contending for Super Bowls. If they want to do that they will need to hit on draft picks.
