#39 Jacksonville Jaguars: Blake Bortles, QB UCF

Rory’s Take: The Bortles hype train is a little insane and I have concerns with him as I do with all spread quarterbacks, but this is a good fit.

Chase’s Take: Jacksonville would be wise to be patient and take the best second round QB available, there will be one left out of the group and it may well be Bortles, who was projected as a second round pick by the NFL’s advisory panel but really helped his stock with a dominating win over Baylor in the Fiesta Bowl. Bortles could also stay in school, but with Mariota and Winston in school he will still be the odd man out in 2015. Either way Bortles has the measurables and the numbers to be a quality starter in the NFL.
