Oakland Raiders full seven-round 2019 NFL mock draft v4.0
By Brad Weiss
The running back position group in Oakland is going to be one to keep an eye on this offseason, as they have a bunch of free agents to figure out what to do with, and a guy going into his second year who spent his rookie year on IR. Chris Warren III led the NFL in rushing yards during the preseason, but was placed on IR after camp, and should be ready for a big role in 2019.
The free agents to be, Marshawn Lynch, Doug Martin, and Jalen Richard all contributed in some way last season, with Richard becoming one of the better pass-catching running backs in football. Still, the fourth round could bring another back to the mix, and Justice Hill is a nice blend of speed, and power, as he plays much bigger than his 5-foot-10 frame.
Hill burst onto the scene as a freshman at Oklahoma State, and was a touchdown machine during his three years at the school. During his time with the Cowboys, Hill proved to be one of the more consistent backs in the Big 12, and teamed with guys like Richard and Warren, the Raiders could have a talented, young trio if Martin and Lynch are not brought back.
