21. Seattle Seahawks Ed Oliver, DT, Houston

Some had Ed Oliver much higher earlier in the season. However, more recently he has fallen a bit. Although he will still be an outstanding player, the hype has died down, and he could slip in the first round. The Seattle Seahawks picked up Poona Ford last year, and although he was very solid, Ed Oliver will solidify that defense from the middle. His quickness and burst will be greaty appreciated, and will help this defense get back to its Super Bowl form.

22. Baltimore Ravens Marquise Brown, WR, Oklahoma

I believe Lamar Jackson is the future of the Baltimore Ravens. Last year they drafted a young tight end, and an offensive lineman who protected Baker Mayfield in college, and who I would say will be the future of the league at offensive tackle, Orlando Brown Jr.

Brown Jr. is being mentioned because the Ravens need a deep threat wide receiver for Jackson, and that is Brown’s past teammate from Oklahoma, Marquise Brown. He is one of the fastest wideouts in this draft. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to see him at the combine due to a foot injury. However, he should recover fully for spring training.

23. Houston Texans Andre Dillard, OT, Washington State

The Houston Texans have one of the best defenses in the NFL, as well as one of the best wide receivers. However, the Texans gave up the third most sacks last year, and for Deshaun Watson to reach his potential, he must be protected. Andre Dillard is a physical offensive linemen who should be able to step in right away.

24. Oakland Raiders (from CHI) Deandre Baker, CB, Georgia

The Raiders have locked in there safeties and defensive tackles, although I believe a defensive end is a need at this spot, I believe Deandre Baker is better than any defensive end available here. The Raiders will lock up there corners that will now feature Gareon Conley, Darryl Worley, Nick Nelson, and now Deandre Baker. This secondary will get an instant boost from the Georgia corner, who many speak highly of.

25. Philadelphia Eagles Byron Murphy, CB, Washington

The Philadelphia Eagles could go many different ways with their top pick in 2019, however, with the recent addition of Malik Jackson to their defensive line, a corner makes sense here. They have some talented young players in their defensive backfield, but it never hurts to add a talent like Byron Murphy.

26. Indianapolis Colts Jerry Tillery, DT, Notre Dame

Heading into the offseason, the Colts are in the best shape of any team in the NFL, after making the playoffs last season, and holding over $100 million in salary cap space, they can target many different players. With their first pick this April, they should bolster their defensive line, and Jerry Tillery showed during his time at Notre Dame that he can be downright dominant.
