Zach Brown, ILB

Zach Brown is the best linebacker in the NFL that people don’t know about. The only two inside linebackers that were better than Brown last season were  Bobby Wagner and Luke Kuechly. Last season, PFF had Brown ranked as their third-best linebacker, with an overall grade of 89.2.

The Raiders need help on the inside, and although I believe Devin White should be the Raiders next linebacker, Brown might be a better short-term option if Gruden and Mayock were to take a different position early in the draft. Jason Cabinda hasn’t shown that he can be the inside linebacker that we need his early in his career yet.

Brown might be a nice addition for the Raiders and could come cheap relative to his value. Whether it is in the draft, or free agency, you can be sure Oakland is going to add a quality middle linebacker, and Brown is a guy who could come in and captain this linebacker group next season.
