Running back

The Raiders have a plethora of replaceable players at the running back position, and there’s no reason they shouldn’t look to bring in more competition with the draft. This is not the strongest draft for the position with only Alabama’s Josh Jacobs projected as a first round to early second round pick, but as we’ve seen countless times in the NFL, you can find productive running backs later in the draft.

One of my favorite players in the draft is Nebraska’s Devine Ozigbo, and he will most likely be available in day 3 for Oakland. Other names to look out for around then is Justice Hill and Trayveon Williams.

Unlike defensive end, it not as risky for a team to rely on a rookie running back to come in and produce from the get-go so if the Raiders are able to draft one he could become the starter by week one.
