11. Cincinnati Bengals Devin Bush, ILB, Michigan

Devin Bush is the second best linebacker in this draft, and he absolutely helped himself during his combine workouts. One thing I noticed about Bush while watching his film, is he’s always around the ball. He needs to continue working on his reads, but he’s a three-down linebacker who can hit very hard and will be a day one starter. He will step right in and help this defense out.

12. Green Bay Packers T.J. Hockenson, TE, Iowa

The Green Bay Packers have signed a defensive end, offensive guard, and a safety. However, they could use a wide receiver or tight end here. Although D.K. Metcalf looks tempting, a young fluid tight end makes much more sense. The Packers can move on from Jimmy Graham after this year, and only incur a small dead cap hit.

If the Packers want the best offensive weapon coming out of the draft, they should take Iowa tight end T.J. Hockenson.

Hockenson can catch the ball, he can run block, and he can pass block. On film, he makes all the right plays. He understands how to block. Rather than running at a player, he runs to a spot, which he knows the player will be at. This is the proper way to block, and Hockenson knows it. It’s why he’ll be a likely top-15 pick.

13. Miami Dolphins Drew Lock, QB, Missouri

The Dolphins are in the early stages of a rebuild after they parted ways with Ryan Tannehill this offseason. Although I don’t think they will wait until pick No. 13, they could look to trade with the Jets, Raiders, or Bucs to select the new face of their franchise, Drew Lock.

Drew Lock has a powerful arm and can make every throw at the next level. I believe Lock will be the pick for the Dolphins, over Dwayne Haskins, who has had his stock tumble recently. Haskins has a ton of question marks, and if you watch him against top defenses, he folds.

He just doesn’t have the same pocket awareness that Lock has.

14. Atlanta Falcons Montez Sweat, DE, Mississippi State

The Falcons have franchised Grady Jarrett, and no longer have a need in the middle of the defense. However, they do need a pass rusher alongside Vic Beasley Jr.  Although Takkarist McKinley has been a solid pickup, Montez Sweat could take this defense to a whole new level.

Sweat has explosive abilities, and although he had some heart issues, he was medically cleared by doctors during his college days, at the combine, and at the Senior Bowl. Now imagine that defensive line if the Falcons took Sweat. You’d have Grady Jarrett, Vic Beasley Jr., Takkarist McKinley, and Montez Sweat.
