Quarterback (2): Derek Carr, Mike Glennon

No big surprise here as we enter the third OTA, as Derek Carr is firmly implanted as the starting quarterback in Oakland for the sixth straight year. Carr is coming off a solid season statistically in 2018, where he threw for over 4,000 yards for the first time in his career, while completing nearly 70 percent of his passes.

For Carr, he had to endure an offseason of speculation, and while he said the rumors were annoying, he was never worried that the Raiders would replace him. This is a guy who will have his same offense for only the second time in his career, and we all saw what he did in 2016 the first time he was in this situation.

Mike Glennon right now is penciled in as the backup, but he will have to fight off former Buffalo Bills starter Nathan Peterman. Landry Jones has already been released, but we saw last offseason that Grunden could make a move late in the preseason and bring in a completely different quarterback to back up Carr.
