Lee Smith

Another member of the 2018 Raiders squad that moved on to the Buffalo Bills, Lee Smith is a guy who will certainly be missed in 2019. For the Raiders, Smith became a leader on the field, and in the locker room, and provided some huge moments with the team during his time in the Silver and Black.

Smith came to the Raiders from the Buffalo Bills back in 2015, and instantly became a full-time starter. He started 15 of the Raiders 16 games during that season, and proved to be a solid blocking tight end. While he did not light up the stat sheet with the Raiders, he was a solid red zone weapon, especially in 2018.

Last season, Smith hauled in a career-high three touchdowns, which is pretty incredible considering he had only ten receptions on the season. He played a big part in what Jon Gruden likes to do on the offensive side of the ball, and it will be up to the current crop of players to replace his impact in 2019.
