Games 11 and 12

Game No. 11 at New York Jets

Prediction. 28. 28. 17. 30

The New York Jets are a different team this year, and are attempting to make a playoff push late in the year. Sam Darnold is coming into his own, and Le’veon Bell is having another incredible season. At this time, Quinnen Williams is the clear favorite for Rookie of the Year, but he can’t get through the Raiders offensive line.

Josh Jacobs has another great game, posting over 100 rushing yards and a couple of touchdowns to help boost the Raiders past the Jets in week 11, giving the Raiders a winning record for the first time since week 1. The key matchup in this one is which of the former Steelers stars goes off, Bell or AB.

Record 6-5

Game No. 12 at Kansas City Chiefs

24. 28. 42. 124. Prediction

Week 12 looks similar to Week 2, as Derek Carr struggles against the Chiefs. Mahomes continues another MVP caliber season, and the Raiders defense has no answer for it. Conley cannot contain Tyreek Hill this time as he burns the Raiders for a deep touchdown, along with some other big plays throughout the game.

Derek Carr has a good showing, spreading the ball to Tyrell Williams and Hunter Renfrow for a touchdown each, but he can’t keep up with the Chiefs high powered offense, and the Chiefs break away late. This one hurts, as the Raiders fall back to .500, and lose footing in a very tight AFC West race.

Record 6-6
