CBS Sports- Ryan Wilson

Pick 16- Julian Okwara- DL- Notre Dame

In his latest 2020 NFL mock draft, Ryan Wilson has the Raiders addressing both sides of the ball. The Raiders need to improve their pass rush, and Notre Dame’s Julian Okwara could be the guy the Raiders add in the draft.

Okwara has a special ability to get around tackles, something the Raiders badly need. While Oakland spent a high pick on an edge rusher in 2019, that has not solved their problems to date, and Okwara has a special motor that Jon Gruden will love.

Pick 18- Henry Ruggs III- WR- Alabama

The Raiders will more than likely add a wide receiver in the first round of the draft, and Alabama has consistently been a place that produces excellent NFL receivers. The Raiders love speed, and Ruggs will add just that to the Raiders offense.

Now remember, the Raiders had an Alabama wideout that Gruden got rid of, but Ruggs is talented enough that the head coach will take a stab at him here. In addition, Gruden and general manager Mike Mayock have shown they want to go after players from winning programs, and it does not get much better than the Alabama Crimson Tide.
