4. Trumaine Johnson, New York Jets

Trumaine Johnson is a bigger corner than many of the others on this list at 6’2” and could be a nice pairing with Trayvon Mullen to give the Raiders two tall and rangy corners on the outside. He has been a ballhawk in the past with four seasons of three interceptions or more with an impressive seven in 2015.

Johnson signed a massive five-year, $72.5 million deal with the Jets before the 2018 season, but he has failed to live up to the billing. Starting just 15 games in two seasons with the Jets, Johnson was benched in week seven and was placed on injured reserve in November before being released.

If the Raiders do pursue Johnson it should be with the knowledge that he is likely past his prime and should not be counted on to be a regular starter. He has been a fantastic playmaker in the past and could rediscover some of that form in a limited role with the Silver and Black.
