Las Vegas Raiders add more talent with their 2020 UDFA class

Javin White

It’s just destiny that Javin White signed with the Raiders. He grew up in Oakland, graduated from McClymonds High School, and went on to play at UNLV in college. All he needs is some connection to Los Angeles to complete the trifecta.

White primarily served as a linebacker/defensive back hybrid type of player in the desert but at 6’3″ 205 pounds, he’ll likely become a full-time defensive back at the next level. The former Runnin’ Rebel certainly has the ball skills to make the transition as he accumulated nine interceptions and 15 pass breakups in his collegiate career.

His 199 tackles, 18 of which were for loss, aren’t to be ignored either. The Raiders have been adding talent to the defensive backfield over the past few days, and White is a guy who could come into camp and really turn some heads.
