4 Kansas City Chiefs the Las Vegas Raiders should worry about in Week 5

Tyrann Mathieu, Safety

If Chris Jones is the most dynamic player on the Chiefs defense, one could make the argument Tyrann Mathieu is the “heart and soul” of the defensive side of the ball. The “Honey Badger” has become a staple within the Chiefs defense, and adding him last season transformed the Chiefs into Super Bowl champions.

The ball-hawking safety is a play maker at all times and must be watched closely. His ability to cover wide receivers and tight ends is almost unmatched at his position, and he is no slouch when it comes to lowering his shoulder to make contact.

Expect Mathieu to be all over the field Sunday, and the Raiders must be aware of his dangerous presence. If the Silver and Black are limited in terms of their weapons on offense once again, Mathieu could be in for a monster game.
