Las Vegas Raiders: Updated 2021 53-man roster projection heading into the summer

Defensive Tackle (5): Johnathan Hankins, Quinton Jefferson, Solomon Thomas, Darius Stills, Kendall Vickers

For the Raiders to get better on the defensive side of the ball, it will have to start up front, and the team has completely revamped the roster along the defensive line this offseason. Gone are the likes of Arden Key and Maurice Hurst, and instead, they have taken a flyer on veterans like Quinton Jefferson and Solomon Thomas.

Johnathan Hankins returns in 2021, and he has been outstanding with the Silver and Black, carving out a real role on this defense. Kendall Vickers looks like a monster on social media, and the Raiders may have gotten a complete steal in Darius Stills, who was brought in as an undrafted free agent.

Gus Bradley likes guys on the inside who can get upfield, and there are certainly players who can do that on the roster. Also, Clelin Ferrell has the versatility to move inside as well, so overall, this is a better collection of talent than the one that went to camp last summer.
