The Raiders missed the playoffs in 2022 and moved on from quarterback Derek Carr, but that hasn’t stopped intrigue to surround the Raiders heading into next season.
Despite being in the toughest division in football and without a quarterback as of this writing, the Raiders are +4000 to win the Super Bowl next season.

Raiders Super Bowl odds hint towards big offseason plans
The Raiders are +4000 despite not having a quarterback at the moment, but the team has been linked to Rodgers often in the early parts of the offseason. If the Raiders were to acquire Rodgers, that would make the already formidable AFC West that has the defending Super Bowl champions Kansas City Chiefs even more competitive.
Currently, the Raiders have the fourth best odds in the AFC West behind Kansas City (+600), the Los Angeles Chargers (+2000) and the Denver Broncos (+3500), but Rodgers raises the ceiling to a Super Bowl contender.
