3 spicy trades Raiders should offer for Jonathan Taylor

Trade Number 2: The Raiders try their hands at a back-for-back swap
The other option, of course, is for the Raiders to try and swap Jacobs for Taylor. However, the Colts probably view Taylor in a much higher sense than Jacobs, even though the Raiders back led all of football in rushing last season. Because of this, and because Jacobs is really only on a one-year deal, the Raiders would of course have to give up more than just Jacobs.
In this scenario, Jacobs would hopefully get the vibe that Indianapolis would extend him; albeit for less than what Taylor would have wanted.
The Raiders would have to throw in a third and fifth-round pick in the upcoming 2024 NFL Draft, along with Jacobs, to have a shot at making a deal like this work. It would definitely be an intriguing scenario, with two unique running back situations being flip-flopped.
But, Jacobs is still a great fit with a rookie quarterback like Anthony Richardson and would take some pressure off of the young passer right away. The run game would likely look similar in Indianapolis. But, in Vegas, things would be far more electric.
