Never fear Raider Nation, Reggie has a plan, and he is executing it well.  I speak of Oakland Raiders General Manager Reggie McKenzie of course.  Those that worried DT Justin Ellis, better known as Jelly Beans, wasn’t signed just yet can now breathe a sigh of relief.  The big DT out of Louisiana Tech has etched his future in stone for at least the next four years.

Along with Justin Ellis, CB Keith McGill has also signed his rookie contract.  This marks seven of the eight draft picks by the Oakland Raiders signed and sealed for the future.  McKenzie has had his plan in action all along, and he is executing the way he needs to.

Those that worried about the rookies being signed before Mandatory Mini-Camps and Training Camp can now settle in and enjoy the 2014 season to come.  The only one left to sign is 3rd round draft pick Gabe Jackson.  However, I’m sure he is next to sign as he is the only one left out of the eight 2014 Draft Class.

Have no fear Raider Nation, Gabe Jackson will be signed soon enough, and the Raiders will be smiling heading into Training Camp, as these rookies look to become the face of this great organization.  In truth, the 2014 draft was the beginning of a winning organization for the Raiders, unlike the last two or even ten years.  A new era has sailed into the port of Oakland, it is the Raiders time to become a lasting force to reckon with within the AFC.

Long gone are the days of draft holdouts in Oakland.  No drama here, just straight football to play.  Reggie is smart and he knows how to enter camp with all his players signed and sealed.  Let the media try to find some type of drama or hullabaloo to spread about our wonderful team.  This is Silver and Black country, and you don’t tread here unless you bleed Silver and Black.  I bleed it brothers and sisters, and this is a new future with an exciting outlook.  I am here for all of Raider Nation, and I will be there on the sidelines with you, Go Raiders!
