Former Oakland Raiders running back Latavius Murray has visits scheduled with the Jaguars and Seahawks.

It’s been a slow market thus far for (potentially former) Oakland Raiders running back Latavius Murray, but that may change soon.

The free agent back has two visits lined up, per Adam Schefter. The first of those being on Monday with the Jaguars, and the second being on Tuesday with the Seahawks.

The former sixth-round pick just completed his fourth year in the NFL, and is coming off a career season. His workload was down from the previous year, but me still managed to double his touchdown total, increase his receiving yards, and cut down on his dropped passes and fumbles. All while being one of the best pass blocking backs in the NFL.

As an unrestricted free agent in a terrible running back market, most figured Latavius would be in line for a big payday. Considering the slow start to his free agent tour, a huge payday doesn’t seem as likely, but the Jaguars could certainly change that.

Depending on the money, there have been reports that the Raiders are interested in bringing Latavius back. But we’ll have to wait and see what happens with the visits.
